Responsibilities

- Create predictive models for industry disruption timelines
- Develop strategic frameworks for 5-year planning horizons
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on technology investment priorities
- Lead workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Build and manage a network of domain experts and futurists
- Produce annual Future Outlook reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic recommendations
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published author in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
