Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) to forecast 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-level stakeholders across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with quantitative trend modeling and qualitative expert interviews
- Advolve on emerging regulatory landscapes (AI governance, carbon credits, digital privacy)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful trend-translation projects for Fortune 500 clients
