Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ trend forecasts using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Create strategic roadmaps for clients adopting exponential technologies
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptors across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and data interpretation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing industry foresight reports
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
