Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI integration and neurotech adoption
- Partner with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments in exponential technologies
- Present future scenarios to Fortune 500 executives and government bodies
- Author white papers on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in speculative design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
