Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototyping and pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Design and implement foresight methodologies including horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Drive organizational change initiatives to embed innovation culture across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, INSEAD) or futures research preferred
