Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight roadmaps aligning with 2026 technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business strategy teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation portfolios
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and whitepapers for industry forums
- Manage strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and innovation accelerators
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related technical field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholder groups
- Deep knowledge of global tech innovation ecosystems and startup landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
