Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats for the next 5-10 years.
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks and scenarios to guide long-term planning.
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making.
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to generate and prototype future-focused solutions.
- Build and manage a network of external experts, thought leaders, and industry partners.
- Communicate complex future scenarios and strategic insights to diverse stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, Social Sciences); Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related field, with a focus on future trends.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and innovation methodologies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.) and their potential impact.
