As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies while mentoring the next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurotech, advanced automation)
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic thinking and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle management
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP from APF) preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across Fortune 500 organizations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
