Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks across technology, market, and societal domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops and trend analysis for executive leadership
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 5-year horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry partners
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Strong data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity
