Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce actionable scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
- Champion cross-functional innovation initiatives and transformation projects
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and quantitative trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented initiatives
