As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional experts to identify disruptive trends, develop future scenarios, and translate insights into actionable strategies. You'll lead high-impact projects that shape product roadmaps and influence industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging tech trends for 2026-2030
- Develop future scenarios and innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects exploring next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist research team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry publications
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning techniques
