Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation framework, identifying disruptive trends across quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives translating future scenarios into product roadmaps and market expansion plans
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI-driven predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards with compelling data visualizations
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team while establishing thought leadership through industry keynotes and whitepapers
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions ensuring technical feasibility and market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy with demonstrable impact on 2020+ initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with certifications from APF or WFS
- Expertise in AI trend analysis, quantum computing applications, and sustainable technology ecosystems
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and academic research institutions
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and data visualization platforms
