Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members quarterly
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors
- Design and execute experimental innovation programs with measurable ROI
- Advise product teams on future-proofing architecture and user experience paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives from concept to market
