Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Science, Cognitive Engineering, or Futurology
- 8+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent quantum/AI firms
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-AI symbiosis or quantum ethics
- Proven track record scaling innovation from concept to market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuro-symbolic AI
- Security clearance or experience with classified defense projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
