Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with company's 10-year vision
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight required
