- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant applications
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies like predictive scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred) or equivalent experience
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, Foresight Graduate)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
