Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to map disruptive futures
- Identify and validate emerging market opportunities with $1B+ potential
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of next-gen products
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into patentable solutions
- Present strategic futures to global stakeholders at industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
