- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives and board members
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech hubs
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports influencing $500M+ investment decisions
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
