Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with futurists, engineers, and policymakers
- Author high-impact scenario planning documents and thought leadership publications
- Build and manage a global network of innovation partners and research institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor committees
- Mentor junior futurists and drive continuous evolution of our methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
