- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for board-level strategic decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author disruptive thought leadership for industry publications
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with venture-style rigor
- Mentor futurist talent and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and pattern recognition
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/tech publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
