Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across global enterprises
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on emerging tech paradigm shifts
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic research labs and government innovation initiatives
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in autonomous systems and neurotech development
- Present innovation blueprints to venture capital and angel investor networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author or keynote speaker at premier tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or innovation grants
