Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Author strategic white papers on emerging tech disruptions and their market implications
- Design and execute global innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Build and maintain a proprietary futures intelligence database with predictive analytics capabilities
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic pivots and technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental KPIs for innovation ROI
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of publishing disruptive technology forecasts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
