Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop quantitative scenario models and qualitative foresight frameworks for strategic planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products/services
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team while fostering external industry partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready innovations
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and horizon scanning platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
