Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify breakthrough applications for quantum AI and biotech
- Present future-focused recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through pilot programs
- Establish frameworks for ethical adoption of transformative technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizational resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
