Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030 timeframe)
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using generative AI and quantum modeling
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies through our Future Impact Assessment program
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
