Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations at global tech conferences
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Mentor futurist talent and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published author in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
