Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Forecast reports covering disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future scenarios in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Build and maintain a global foresight network of industry experts and academic pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and key stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of future-proofing initiatives across product development and operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (AI, biotech, Web3)
- Proven experience scanning horizon trends and translating to business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Strong cross-functional leadership in matrixed organizations
