Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Published portfolio in top-tier journals (e.g., Technological Forecasting and Social Change)
- Expertise in scenario planning using tools like Causal Layered Analysis or Delphi Method
- Proficiency in forecasting frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, PESTLE) and quantitative modeling
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant domains (e.g., synthetic biology, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
