Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Author white papers and executive briefings on future-proofing organizations
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Build quantitative models to forecast adoption curves of breakthrough technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis and scenario planning work
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and risk mitigation
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization expertise
