Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation plans
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and disruption preparedness
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking innovation maturity and adoption
- Manage cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping initiatives
- Author foresight reports influencing $500M+ investment decisions
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy or technology forecasting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation publications
