Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish quantitative and qualitative frameworks for evaluating emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations on future trends and strategic implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technology investments with long-term market evolution
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and predictive modeling tools
