Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework with quarterly trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Design innovation sprints with engineering and product teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with data-backed impact projections
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Integrate future insights into product roadmaps and corporate strategy alignment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive communication and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
