Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
