Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop predictive models for market disruption scenarios (2026-2030)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and trend briefings
- Shape corporate strategy through scenario planning workshops
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include 2+ case studies)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Published research on emerging tech adoption patterns
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-level stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives launched to market
