Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech sectors
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps with 5-year strategic frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Produce executive-level scenario planning reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Champion emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior innovation strategists and cultivate foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in foresight, innovation strategy, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend mapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech-driven industries
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-based innovation outcomes
