Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast industry impacts through 2030
- Develop strategic scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for executive audiences
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advolve AI-driven forecasting tools to validate hypotheses and accelerate discovery
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market advantage
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Strong proficiency with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
