Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ industry transformations
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops and foresight initiatives with executive stakeholders
- Design and implement R&D projects in emerging domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for industry publications
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Advise product development teams on integrating future trends into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, books, keynotes)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
