As a cornerstone of our C-suite innovation team, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners, lead cross-functional R&D sprints, and pioneer frameworks for ethical technology adoption. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps for autonomous systems, bio-integrated interfaces, and decentralized networks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and generative AI applications
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for climate-positive manufacturing and circular economy transitions
- Author foresight reports on metaverse interoperability standards and neuro-ergonomic interfaces
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech disruption vectors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology R&D
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI systems
- Published thought leadership on ethical AI governance or sustainable tech policy
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with patent portfolio development for emerging technologies
