Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives using predictive modeling and foresight methodologies
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions aligned with 2030 societal needs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven impact on 2020+ tech trends
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology applications
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting (whitepapers, patents, or conference keynotes)
- Experience with strategic planning in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
