- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Develop scenarios and risk mitigation strategies for disruptive market shifts
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Strong background in AI, Web3, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
