- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global tech forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions addressing 2030 societal challenges
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (MIT Tech Review, Wired, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
