Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies/trends (2026-2030 horizon) through quantitative research and qualitative foresight
- Develop strategic roadmaps for client innovation initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive market shifts
- Produce executive reports and white papers on future workforce automation and ethical AI frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, synthetic biology, or quantum systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Strong proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, trend mapping)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
