Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with C-suite to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Lead global innovation sprints with MIT, NASA, and Singularity University collaborators
- Design and deliver executive briefings on paradigm shifts in climate tech and neurointerfaces
- Architect FutureHorizon's '2026 Vision Lab' incubating moonshot ventures
- Author industry-defining white papers on human-AI symbiosis and post-scarcity economics
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proven track record of launching ventures valued at $100M+
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
