Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Chair monthly Future Councils with industry luminaries and academic pioneers
- Translate complex data into compelling visual narratives for executive audiences
- Design and deploy innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author seminal white papers on quantum computing and neuro-ethics
- Mentor a team of 5 junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Matrix™ methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses with industry impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and Delphi methodology
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, STEEP analysis)
