Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and analyze emerging trends with global strategic implications
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive adoption of future-ready methodologies across the organization
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning documents
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with global reach
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
