Responsibilities
- Architect and implement core components for the 2026 Project's AI-quantum hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-7 engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, bio-AI)
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for predictive modeling of technological adoption curves
- Present quarterly strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external investors
- Mentor junior engineers through our 'Future Leaders' program
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on joint innovation projects
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (10+ years industry experience)
- Proven track record shipping production quantum/AI systems (portfolio required)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Experience leading teams through full product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (Singularity University certification preferred)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley's tech innovation ecosystem
