Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers through technical workshops and innovation sprints

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and distributed systems

- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and low-level hardware optimization
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Experience leading technical teams of 5+ engineers

- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for international collaboration
