Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary research initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for global stakeholders
- Curate and maintain proprietary foresight databases using advanced analytics tools
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
