- Mentor cross-functional teams on strategic foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging domains like quantum computing and neurotech
- Represent FutureForge at global forums on future-focused policy and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technological disruptions with 95%+ accuracy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and predictive modeling
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term innovation strategy
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business plans
