Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market signals relevant to 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios using advanced data modeling and trend analysis
- Design strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Produce high-impact visualizations and narratives translating complex futures into executive decision tools
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry publications
- Maintain proprietary foresight database tracking 200+ emerging signals quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published future outlooks or scenario planning projects
